Return & Refund Policy

At Zoom Buggies, we value your satisfaction. That's why we provide a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all our products. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to all returns, and the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Exceptions to this policy apply if the reason for return stems from an error on Zoom Buggies' part. In such cases, the restocking fee and return shipping costs will be waived.
